0 0I have read Hateful Love which is the first book in the King of Aces series and I really loved Silas and Blaine’s story but I was more excited to read Whaley and Bunky’s book.
Whaley and Bunky is the type of relationship that matches each other’s freak, literally. They are the perfect match for each other.
Whaley and Bunky is my favorite couple in the series so far. Whaley and Bunky’s relation is different from the rest. They both have demons they are hiding, they are both equally insane and unhinged but they are both possessive over each other.
I really think the authors did amazing with writing a dark romance for Whaley and Bunky. They both have been through so much trauma that they understand each other the way their friends and family don’t understand them. At first people didn’t understand Whaley and Bunky together because of their age gap and their background story but people realized how much Whaley and Bunky needs each other. In the end everybody was accepting,
I really loved reading about Whaley’s background story. He really interested me in Hateful Love and so had Bunky’s.
This book was everything and definitely my favorite so far in the series. It’s dark, funny, emotional and a love so consuming that it will leave you wanting more.
This book is really dark so make sure you check the trigger warnings. I am very excited to read book three which will be Raid and Landon’s story in the King of Aces series.
