A standalone story in the Noctifer Witch world. You do not have to have read any of the other books to understand this one, but you should read them! Orobas and Elswyth meet in this story but there are complications: he's a demon and she's a witch for one. They are taken with each other and have one night of passion. Then circumstances and others conspire to keep them apart. These two are fated for one another, but it seems like they are never to be.
