It’s Complicated. That is this book. Dylan was adopted by his step dad and absorbed into the Stone family. He and Alex have been close for years. He doesN’t know she’s in love with him.
Dylan is surprised to realize he’s in love with his best friend. He cannot let her go even though it’s going to be an unconventional relationship.
There is more family drama than relationship drama. I loved the introduction of Maddox and his part of the story.
