Aileen is certain she must turn away from the man she loves in order to protect her sister’s reputation. This book was painful. Half of it spent on the heroine's insufferable sister, who's getting her own book next, save the drama for your own book, love. If only half of the inconsequential people's POVs are spent on the romance between the two main characters, this book could be good. It started strong with heroine's divorce intrigue and a runaway bride sister, but it's all down hill when the sister comes on page.
Extra star for the audiobook because Mary Jane Wells.
