Since I haven’t figured out all the ins and outs of this series’ novellas, I didn’t read this one until after I had already gotten past the fifth book. That’s okay though. I don’t feel I missed anything by waiting. In fact, I’m glad I know a bit more about this world when reading this one.
This story is fantastic. The slow and careful way Tazia and Stefan get to know one another and eventually fall in love is so sweet and put a huge smile on my face. It was fun to see a Psy man with a gooey center. Other Psy males have feelings, but so far Stefan is the most cinnamon-roll one that I have read. It was fantastic!
I’d love to see more of these two as the series progresses. I know they have a lot to offer the people who are rebelling against the injustices of the Psy leaders.
