Title wip, but queer retellings of Greek mythology

All the greek mythology I can find out there! There is a lot of Percy Jackson and then quite a bit more. A mixture of more modern retellings and also the books and plays they're derived from.

Finalists for the 2026 Nebula Award for BEST NOVEL and BEST NOVELLA, presented by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA).

Not included in this list is Best Novella finalist "Descent" by Wole Talabi, published in the May 2025 issue of Clarkesworld.

Tall, dark and morally ambiguous has its time and place okay? But sometimes we just need the love of a sweet, sweet man who would never harm us 😌

Edited to add: do you KNOW how hard it was to find even five books?? I had to scroll back through my finished reads all the way to 2021! 😂 either I have Tall, dark and morally ambiguous taste, or it’s a rare trope. Either way, now starts my mission to seek them out. This will be a mix of genres, m/f m/m and possibly trigger warnings.
