In honor of International Women’s Day here are books written by women, for women, about women. From rebellion to resilience, sisterhood to survival and family to friendships.

The list is a mix of books I’ve read and books that are on my TBR. I’ll be adding to the list as and when I read or find a book I think fits.

All sorts of stories about all sorts of women. Mostly litfic, some horror.

as a traumatized individual who is slowly but surely healing, i tend to enjoy reads that portray characters going through and dealing with trauma. these are so far books that i've read that do a good job with it.

World's softest lisp and currently my favorite narrator! Sound-sensitivity friendly, no hard consonants or whistling S's. *(If your ears dislike lisps then flip everything I just said inside out and consider this a list to avoid narration on)
