I can’t believe how deep this book went. It was a huge leap from Harper Bliss’s first in this series, dealing with alcoholism and other deep topics. I certainly wasn’t expecting how hard of a turn the book would take, considering how sweet the beginning was. I loved it. I don’t know if the girls handled everything great, but I do think it’s an accurate representation of what it’s like going through those trials.
