0When I saw that Nordika Night wrote an MM dark romance book I knew I immediately had to read it.
Now this is how you write a dark romance.
Sick Bargain is dark and twisted and definitely checks all the boxes.
I don’t want to give too much away in this review because even though this story is a dark romance, the plot is much deeper and that’s what I loved most about this book. The plot is intriguing, it sucks you in and you want to learn more about the story. Everything about this book is brutal, twisted and insanity but what’s beautiful about this story is the deeper meaning to it and you will know what the deeper meaning is once you get to the end and despite how dark this book is, it’s oddly comforting.
I never expected to become obsessed with this book but I became obsessed with Remiel and Krypt. Everything about their love is sick but they were perfectly crafted for each other. Their love is controlling, understanding, intense, brutal and haunting. But that’s what makes their love so raw. Most people will find it uncomfortable but I find their love to be deep and beautiful.
Sick Bargain really surprised me, I loved everything about this book and I love all the vile boys. I am excited to read the rest of the vile boy’s story as the series continues and they get their own books and sick and twisted romance.
Again dark romance is not for everyone so this is a warning if you are interested to read Sick Bargain, if you can handle it and know that this is fiction then I hope you enjoyed this book as much as I did.
