This is an older brother's best friend (so some of an age gap) rockstar romance. The age gap isn't much of an issue for Dylan and Amy, but the brother? Oh brother, that is the cause for some angst. Also add that Dylan didn't have a good upbringing and feels he isn't good enough for love or doesn't know how to love.
This is a really good story with a strong female character. Even though Amy finds herself dumped and pregnant, she is determined to succeed on her own without Dylan. Of course she would like to have him love her, but she doesn't NEED him in order to take care of herself and the baby.
