Recs if you like Castle Swimmer: Volume 1...

You liked Harry Potter but you’re angry at the author for being a huge transphobe and you would like some alternatives because you don’t want to give money to her so she can finance transphobia and you have enough of Harry Potter’s racist stereotypes like Cho Chang and other problematic themes in this saga? You’re in the right place! I haven’t read all, if some are misplaced, let me know! Also, if you want more fantasy recs, I have a queer fantasy list! It is addressed to different ages.

LGBT*+ graphic novels / comics / manga +

Fluff to smut, including 18+ etc aka not exclusive to anything specific other than being queer content (queer & queer-rep inclusive stories). I have read a good handful of the ones now at the bottom of the list. Includes intended middle-grade-ish-level youth content to adult audience content.

In progress / updated over time. Mostly serving as an all-in-one-spot list until Pagebound figures something out that works well for multi-genre/format exploration. :)

(recs highly welcome) Attempting a highly exhaustive list.

Recommendations are welcome!

Here’s a list of queer fantasy books of all kinds. I hope you’ll enjoy it!

expanding my graphic novel literacy, one panel at a time (continually updating)

A mixture of manga, manhwa and graphic novels for anyone who just wants a good story with some great characters without the spice element, or at most 'fade to black' scenes 😃☺️

graphic novels, webtoons, mangas are all included only the first volumes of series have been added

Read the first few volumes online before committing to purchasing them. Most can be found on webtoon. (incl. Graphic Novels listed)

Webcomics that have print versions. Many are still available to read for free on the author's website/Webtoons/Tumblr. Only includes the first book if it's a series.
