Basically, a huge list of every book I ever heard features sapphic characters.

I have not read all of these, so I cannot be sure of the amount of the time on page of the sapphic characters or of the quality of the books.

Some of these I do not plan to read at all, since they are not my style. If you feel like a book doesn't belong here, let me know.

For my favs / read, check out my other lists & shelves.

Open to suggestions for more titles.

Don't shoot the messenger.

Is it bury your gays if they're all queer?

All of these are from the list that Texas lawmaker Matt Krause in October of 2021 tried and in many cases succeeded to get banned from classrooms and school libraries. There are quite a few interesting and odd choices in there which is part of why I wanted to share this list on here. Not necessarily recommendations but there are some pretty good books on here. As well as a lot of textbooks

fiction that features podcasts and podcasters, whether they're following a crime, investigating a cold case, or something else entirely

The ya thriller genre deserves to be more famous so here are some of my favorite books that will 💯 keep you up at night 😉👻 Feel free to comment your favs

Thrillers that unspool through episodes and transcripts—true-crime hosts, missing tapes, and secrets that sound worse in the dark. Binge like a podcast, panic like a page-turner.

In October 2021, Texas State Representative Matt Krause initiated an inquiry targeting a list of approximately 850 books in Texas public schools, alleging they could cause "discomfort, guilt, anguish, or any other form of psychological distress" regarding race or sex. The list disproportionately targeted LGBTQ+ topics, race/racism, and sex education.

This is my project to read through this list for myself - utilizing my local library system for access to these titles. Follow the journey or join along!

Stories that involve monsters (literal, psychological, metaphorical) and the woods. 🌲🌲🌲

You watched the second season of A Good Girls Guide to Murder and/or recently finished the books? Here are some ya thrillers that will distract you from the hole the series left in your heart.💔

Every sapphic book I've read regardless of genre
