An on-going attempt to track Asian authors in my Interested/TBR (and hopefully Finished) categories. Books are generally fiction/lit fic/fantasy with some memoirs. Authors span West to East Asia, the Asian diaspora, and mixed-race folx.

Celebrating Canadian authors, with an emphasis on fiction. I'm also trying to include a lot of Indigenous authors in this list! Open to suggestions.

The most recent contenders from Canada Reads, an annual "Battle of the Books" run by the CBC (Canada's national broadcaster). Each year five Canadian celebrities step in to champion one Canadian book in a series of televised debates/discussions to see which book will come out on top.
