Recs if you like Green Island...

An on-going attempt to track Asian authors in my Interested/TBR (and hopefully Finished) categories. Books are generally fiction/lit fic/fantasy with some memoirs. Authors span West to East Asia, the Asian diaspora, and mixed-race folx.

these are the books recommended to me by my east asian history professors and are must reads ! this will be a mix of fiction, non fiction, based on true events, literature, etc. all of these are heavy reads so pace yourself.

Non-fiction, memoirs, historical fiction, political books about Taiwan and Taiwanese folks in the diaspora.
