This book was chilling and kept me interested from start to finish.
it was okay. more of a slow solve which isn’t quite what I prefer. wish there had been a bigger twist. I had it figured out too early on for my preference. not bad, but not my favorite. didn’t quite meet my expectations.
I LOVED this book! Such a fun read! Here are my thoughts :
Pros
✰ Really enjoyed this book from beginning to end! Was hooked the entire time & was never bored! Genuinely couldn't put it down
✰ Only gave it 4 stars because the ending felt a little rushed to me & many of the twists were predictable for me. But I didn't hate that they were predictable, I just like crazy plot twists in my thrillers. But this is definitely one of those books where I didn't care that I knew what was gonna happen, I just wanted to see it all go down lol
✰ I really loved all of the POV's we got! Usually in thrillers, I hate one of the POV's and/or like one a lot better than the others, but for this book I enjoyed all of them!
This was such an awesome pick for my club Booktok Buddies!! Can't wait to read more Lisa Jewell books cause she clearly knows how to write a damn good thriller :)
