I went home to answer for the death of my cousin. Then I meet Zara. A raven haired beauty with a killer smile. Turns out she's an escort and she was sent to be a distraction. Now the mayor of New York City is dead. I'm forced to take her back to Las Vegas to find out what she knows before the police try to pin it on me. My gut says Zara is innocent in all of this. Or maybe that's what I want it to say because she's under my skin and I want her under me. Either way, I'm going to protect her until I know for sure. But she might just bring more trouble to Vegas than the Sin City Suits can handle.

Luke is a son of the Irish mafia. However, he has always tried to stand on his own and keep his business legitimate. He and his friends have created businesses in Las Vegas that are legit, and they have tried to keep the mafia out of them, in fact going so far as to declare all of the business' neutral territory. From the moment that he meets Zara, there's an attraction. There's just one problem: she's a highly paid escort. I love that both of these characters are strong and when push comes to shove, they are willing to fight for each other. From the beginning, Luke is protecting Zara, going so far as to steal her away to Las Vegas when things get bad for her. The suspense and spice in this story are top notch.
This is the 2nd book in the series, it can be read as a standalone, but you will get more of the story and the history of these characters (and the others who will be in the series) if you read Book #1 first.
