Deciding if she wants to go into real estate becomes a life-or-death choice for Aurora "Roe" Teagarden. A naked corpse is discovered at her first house showing. And when a second body is found in another house for sale, it becomes obvious that there is a very cool killer at large in Lawrenceton, one who knows a great deal about real estate-and maybe too much about Roe.

I thought I had read this series back in the late 90s but nothing seems familiar so maybe I meant to read them and just didn't get around to it. I like them a lot. There are instances in which I feel like the books are older than they are. Even keeping in mind that they were written in the early to mid 90s, sometimes they, at least the first 3, feel more like they were written in the early 80s. Anyway, they are good and I like Roe a lot. I look forward to reading the rest of the series and eventually watching the movies.
