What appears to be a simple accident turns out to be anything but and requires the investigation of Sterling Quinn and her partner. From there, though, nothing goes the way that it should. No one communicates, no one is honest about their thoughts, feelings or motivations and it's hard to know who the "good guys" are in this story. It's a little hard to read through, sometimes witty banter is the thing that keeps you going, but the conclusion is worthwhile.
