I didn’t fit into their world... Would I fit into his? As a child, I wasn’t perceived as good enough by the two people who should have always adored and accepted me for who I am. Perpetually falling short in their eyes, I had not blessed my parents with the daughter they’d always dreamed of. Forced to endure a life I despised and suffer my illness without their compassion, made me feel lonely and unworthy of love. Until I found them. And then him. Astonishingly, I had been graced with two of the most amazing friends. Ones who cherished and supported me through the good and the bad. Yet, something was still missing. I yearned for my happily-ever-after, and I longed for it to be with Gyth. Could our two unlikely souls make a family of our own?

I was so excited to read Summer and Gyth's story after getting to know them from book one Entwined Souls they both feel like they aren't enough for each other with her medical condition and him with the wound causing his medical discharge from the Marines and the lasting effects, Thankfully their attraction is too much to ignore! Your heart breaks for some of the things they go through and have gone through, there is stressful and heart racing times, as well as wanting to shake some sense into them at times, you are thankful they both have great friends who are willing to be there through thick and thin (unlike Summers douche canoe parents) along with Ash and lets not forget the laughs you get like the underwear in the freezer!! I love reading about this amazing group of friends slowly finding their one and yes it's a rocky road but if you want it you fight for it especially when crazy lunatics are around, now I am excited
