The plan: Fake date my hunky star QB ex and lose my virginity before college graduation. Personal foul! I was so in love with him. He shattered my heart freshman year and I wrote him out of my life. This 6 ft. hunk of pure quarterback muscle dives to save me from being run over by a car and he's back in my life with a proposition. This deal will benefit both of us, no strings attached. Until we get, well...attached. I can't stop roughing the passer and he can't stop entering the end zone. I have to keep my feelings in check. Run defense for my heart. We can't be together. What happens when faking the play leads to real feelings?

Freshman year, Levi Spade dumped his girlfriend, Sophia, as a part of a hazing ritual from the football team. He went to her to apologize, but was blocked by her cousin who is also the football coach. Sophia has hated him ever since. She angry that he dumped her, sure, but that he didn't apologize or even act like he wanted to talk to her afterward. They are both now seniors. Levi has a reputation as a playboy and his life has basically become a series of one-night stands. Levi convinces Sophia to make a deal: he'll help her with losing her virginity if she helps him by pretending to be his girlfriend so that he can focus on football.
Of course, as these things go, soon the feelings are no longer fake. Levi never really stopped caring about Sophia and since she's still angry about the whole situation, she obviously still has feelings for him. There will be a breakup over a misunderstanding before the makeup but the whole story has a lovely happy for now at the end.
