Spending a month filming a reality TV show with your ex is no picnic. Especially when you’ve signed a contract stating that the two of you will not, under any circumstances, have romantic relations while filming. Leanne Simmons and Callum Davidson never had an easy relationship. From enemies to lovers and back to enemies, they’ve been on again/off again for years. Things come to a head when Callum gets into an altercation with a rival for Leanne’s affections. Their management decide enough is enough and give them both an ultimatum: sign the contract or leave the show. Unwilling to give up their livelihoods, Callum and Leanne sign on the dotted line. However, like always, they can’t resist making a bet. Callum thinks it’s only a matter of time before they break the agreement, while Leanne is determined to see it through. Can she resist him for an entire month without losing her sanity? And what if this is the one bet that finally breaks them both? Off the Air is a contemporary romance and Book One in L.H. Cosway’s brand new “Running on Air” Series. Each book focuses on a different couple and can be read as a standalone.

Absolutely loved the slow burn romance with a lot of angst and just a little heartbreak.

Off the air is a beautiful story about tomboy Leanne and her on again off again castmate Callum. My favorite part of this story was the way they had to come to terms with their shared tragedy to move forward as a couple but also as people. The parts where they were forced to face their miscarriage and the guilt they both carried was beautifully written a brought me to tears a couple of time.

Callums character had great growth and I was happy to see a second chance romance where the characters made a active decision to change and confront the fact that they were flawed people that needed to evolve to make a relationship work. Without that aspect the character development doesn’t seem realistic.

All I can say is bravo, it was a beautiful story about forgiving oneself and moving forward even when it seems impossible.

I voluntary read and reviewed an advance copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

So, I loved this...but I also didn't. Maybe it's the angst between the couple that felt a bit repetitive, maybe it's something else. But I felt like I was missing that flare that L.H. has with her writing. But everything else was phenomenal.

I was sucked into the eyes of parkour enthusiasts. Living their lives on the cusp of danger with their flips and tricks and it was a thrilling ride, and L.H. highlighted them beautifully. It was nice seeing Trev and Reya again and seeing their relationship strong.

A great start to a brand new series by L.H. Cosway!
