Inspired by my Modernism module💕 Books that evoke vivid city settings or revolve around a place almost like the city/town is a character in itself. A bit of a spin on the "sentient house" trope; what books out there have a city setting that steals the show? One of my favourite underrated tropes. All genres, reccomendations welcome!
