Recs if you like Brimstone...

these are pulled from a goodreads list that was published--working on trying to find the link again

Tongue in cheek list inspired by the book titled above, here is a list of all the romance books I have read with my IRL book club!

Having a space that embraces the love story and all tropes/themes/sub genres has been so wonderful and is what got me back into my reading journey, so I hope this does that for you!
Books range from YA to 4️⃣🌶️

This is a judgement free zone and some of these books weren't my personal fave but they could be yours 🤗

2 new books are added each month

What it says on the tin. I've heard truly excellent things about all of these, so maybe give them a try if you haven't yet?

Books that either filtered to me directly from or have strong associations with booktok. A lot of dark romance, a lot of smut, some things I would (lovingly) consider "trashy".

Books that have all kinds of fucking. We don’t discriminate the kind of fucking, what is being fucked, or who’s fucking, we just enjoy a good time.

Monthly Book Club reads: Romances, Fantasies

This list contains fantasy romance / romantasy books with vampires as part of the story because who isn’t a sucker for a little bloodsucking??

The vampires may or may not be the main character but they are relevant to the plot in some way.

A compilation of trilogies mixing love, fantasy, new worlds and magic.

there is a lot of fantasy here because fantasy just feels like fall to me 😭🙏

Take place in winter, during winter holidays, or have a winter setting for a significant portion of the book

All things supernatural or paranormal or just a little bit weird. Examples being Vampires, werewolves, ghosts, fae, witches, wizards, warlocks, gargoyles, aliens, etc. you get the idea. Mostly Vamps but branching out and adding more as I read.

Books where the main characters are given a run for their money on being the best character. This list is for the side kicks that should really have their own books tbh

striking, interesting, or creative uses of type on book covers with minimal additional imagery/illustrations, if any.

Books where gods/goddesses are characters in the story/world

Dragon riders & dragon shifters & just dragons

Books with Vampires (or a version of vampires) in the World
