I just love this series and how we get to meet new people in each book as well as see other from past books, I was intrigued my Jewel in the last book as well as Mason because he really did get a bit of a bad wrap. After finding out what happened to Jewel firstly I want to string up those who hurt her as well as shake her and tell her to let herself be her and let her talents loose not only on her new store but the Town that knows how to keep secrets and protect their own, we also find out why Mason has the reputation he has but also how Jewel allows him to finally see what he really wants to be and makes some drastic changes. There are loads of laughs to be had along with cringe worthy moments where you feel bad for one or both of them along with an attraction that can't be denied and a Town that supports and comforts their own and runs interference when needed.
