Great start to a series. Akira sets off on her journey to find a stone that her tribe needs, and so that she can get her wolf. Akira is determined and has the strength to set off on her own when no one else wants to help

I liked Akira' s strength and am intrigued by the premise. This part also introduces us to Aspen. He is kind of arrogant, but I am intrigued to see where the relationship goes. I am looking forward to part two!
