I received an ARC of this book for an honest review.
While I enjoy the whole mafia type story, the age gap trope isn't something I really enjoy. I felt like there could have been more of a story leading up to why she wanted to get out of her situation.
The writing was good, I did enjoy the characters, just wish there was a bit more information as to why they are the way they are. I may look into more by the author and see if there is anything wider that catches my eye to read.
