Recs if you like An Arcane Study of Stars...

fantasy murder mysteries yayy

I'm sure some of these are already on your TBR, so might as well add some more! Let me know if I am missing any of your favorites!

I’ve seen lists, but not one strictly about Ergodic/odd formatting where it’s vital to read the e/physical because of the formatting and/or text —non inclusive of illustrated versions, and just adding non-vital images, etc.

These are the books where if you don’t read the physical (maybe the ebook) you’re MISSING something VITAL to the experience.

I often read audiobooks and don’t know I’m missing out 🫠

PLS recommend W/ explanation (& avoid spoilers) & feel free to argue cases!!

Notes in the margins are a must. — Me, a neurotic literature degree holder

Wanting to read something new in fantasy or romance that isn’t going to make you wait around in agony for a sequel? I’ve got you.

We all love this category and it never gets old.

We are all made from stardust, and these books are too

Libraries, lecture halls, ancient traditions, and people willing to sacrifice everything for knowledge.

All of these books seriously surprised me with how good they were.
