Recs if you like The Someday Birds...

Ah yes, this ol' issue that has plagued librarians and bookstore clerks for decades.

And sometimes you find the right book, but... can you even call that shade blue?

Books about birds! (A bird name in the title, birds on the cover, bird MCs, bird sidekicks, birdwatching, etc.)

Characters in novels traveling our world, either via road trip, flights, tours, what have you, that will make you want to travel.

Mostly children, middle grade, and ya books with autism representation. Strongly featuring autistic characters that aren’t only young white boys. It’s also strongly concentrated on own voices works, as much as possible, although that’s private information if the authors do not choose want to share publicly.

MG is not just for the littles, there so many life lessons that can be taught if simply just slowing down and appreciating a book outside of your comfort zone!
