This is an emotional read about 2 people who have been through so much and are about to go through so much more, you get why Yuma thinks he should keep away from Lissie however you can't fight attraction and it helps that Lissie has something really important in common with him but is it enough. It was great getting to know Lissie and learning of how she ended up in Durango as well as how Yuma has gotten on since his Mum was shot and now not only their personal but also professional lives are starting to mix together when bodies start turning up. There are plenty of laughs, however also heartbreak and tears along with action, comradery, twists and a blossoming relationship that you hope will make it through everything thrown at them.
