Scarlett meets Damion in a bar one night when he defends her from three men who mean her harm. They are instantly attracted to one another and agree to one night together, but of course that isn't enough. There are a lot of things that are obstacles them and their happily ever after, but they have Nana pulling for them after all, so as long as Damion can stop being his stubborn self, maybe they have a chance.
I really did like the characters in this story, even though they were frustrating. Damion needs to learn to control himself and Scarlett needs to learn to tell him to shove that bossy man crap. Hopefully once they agree to a real relationship, they will be more even. Damion was certainly doing a ton more pushing than pulling.
