Guillermo del Toro’s Required Reading
A collection of Guillermo Del Toro’s required reading!
This list is from an interview he did with Jack Edwards on his YouTube. You can find the video here
In the video he mentions some authors instead of books so I chose some the popular ones or collections.
If anyone has seen any other interviews where he mentions other books let me know and I’ll add them!
Note: These are not books written by him, but books he recommends.
the throne reading list
i used to have a book bin in the bathroom, mostly short stories and anthologies you could read in one go. @scampireads said that could be a list, so here it is. short story books, one story per visit. some are ultra-short (quickies, for those in a hurry), others give you ten minutes, in case your stomach is acting up. a few run longer, skip those unless you want half an hour in there and everyone at home worried. recommendations are much appreciated! (books in english and spanish)
Sud America classics that aren't just mexican
Classics of latinoamerican literature. Most of them are in spanish but im sure they can easily be found in many other languages as well. I'm from argentina so a lot will be from local authors.
