River lives up to his name Shadow not only with how he is when working but also that he lives his life in the shadows never allowing himself get too close to anyone, however that all changes when he has a car accident and it's Sascha the hospital gets a hold of, his best friend Ethan's little sister. I loved the spunk Sascha has as well as how she decides not to let River run from his feelings especially with how he shut down after. This isn't just a story about love, but also mending hearts, finally coming to terms with Ethan's death as well as healing families and finding the one to make you whole!
