There’s something strange going on at the academy. The longer they’re there the more dark and twisted secrets start to be exposed somehow they’re at the heart of it. Between the unusual courses, helping Atlas with his jobs and a dangerous mystery that could put all their lives at stake, they still find time for each other and Evers starting to realise that the guys were holding back, now they’ve said they’re all in there’s no stopping them. She loves it, but that’s not the only thing they’ve been holding back on. Their darkness might just rival hers and isn’t that a deliciously dangerous realisation? This is a medium burn Reverse Harem. Warnings: Please be advised that this book contains dark themes, including abuse, memories of abuse from when she was a child, violence and cursing. Additionally, sexual themes suitable for mature audiences 18+. All sex is consensual.

This kind of feels like a transitional book in the series - we don’t really get any answers, but we do get more questions and more mysteries are set up. I’m addition to the over -arching story with someone out to get Ever, we have a sort of Nancy Drew-ish storyline going on too. We also meet another potential harem member. More people are after Ever, and the guys are trying to protect her. I do like Ever and her guys, and I like how the author writes friendships too. I will probably check out the next book I’m the series as I’m intrigued to find answers to what is going on,
