Thank you so much to Valentine PR & the author for providing an advanced copy of this! All thoughts and opinions are still my own.

If you've been around for any length of time, you know my utter love and devotion for this series. This was my most anticipated release of the year. And this final book did not let me down.

It can be really difficult to wrap up a fantasy series in a way that feels satisfying and complete without being too clean and easy. And I thought this did a great job of hitting that balance.

The chapters are short and constantly switching POVs so this book reads fast and intense. I never wanted to put this down because I wanted to get back to each POV and figure out what happened next!

I also loved that this ended in a way that leaves the world open for more! I loved this main couple, but I would do terrible things for a Jarek series.
