When Catherine Van Tassel swerves to miss a cat crossing the slippery road on Halloween night, she never expects to wake up in a pumpkin patch in the middle of nowhere. Victor Crane has been waiting three hundred and sixty four long days for this very night. On All Hallows’ Eve, his forlorn curse is lifted allowing his pumpkin head the use of a body like a vegetable-shaped Cinderella for a scant few hours. But when Catherine collapses on top of his gourd, he has no choice but to help her out of Sleepy Hollow. Because on Halloween night, the Headless Horseman isn’t the only thing going bump in the night. A light and funny Sleepy Hollow retelling, perfect for spooky season. 18+
