I asked for some manga recs that were adults (18+) and lgbt+ so I am putting them in this list to share the recs to the world. Thank you to all who helped give so many recs!

I have come to realise I am driven to stories which have a big focus on trauma. Here is a list of what I have already finished and enjoyed with a big focus on trauma either directly or indirectly through metaphors. Some of theses will be more intense than others, please do read the description of each one for content warnings. I will try to keep this updated as I read more, you can mention recommendations in the comments but I won't add anything unless I have read it myself xD
