Spravato is a medication that treats major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression. On treatment days, patients are under clinical supervision for two hours while the medicine does its job. During treatment many patients report feelings of dissociation or disconnectedness.

I'm using my two hours to listen to lighthearted audiobooks (mostly cozy fantasy). Here's a list of the books I'm either currently listening to or would like to listen to on a future treatment day.
