im glad ugetsu still got to come back from time to time, even if it was mostly to give mafuyu advice lol. i think making him the advice giver is kinda funny in an ironic way... especially with how his romance with akihiko ended. kizu's narrative progression is pretty interesting to me. although ueno and mafuyu were the main two we focused on at first, we don't lose them entire through the rest of the story. we're given a chance to build the other characters, which i greatly appreciate. the themes kizu writes around are also broad, but i think they hit home well enough to make waves in your chest. my selfishness still wants yuki to come back, even though it serves no purpose for the plot or mafuyu hahahahhaha. and ugetsu to be with akihiko. i love angst, this was perfect.
