At the beginning it was a bit slow and kind of hard to read because it has a lot of elements heavy related with chinese fantasy and mythology which I am very unfamiliar with, but even so it was really really interesting.

I guess what resonated the most with me where the eight sufferings, because it just happens that when I read this novel I myself was going through some of those in my life and I'm still going through it.

I absolutely love how both of the protagonist learned in different ways what means to be human and that with love comes pain.

To be honest the start of their relationship in the past was kinda rushed, but I'm guessing it was because for both it was a tribulation of love? Or something like that. So I didn't really felt that love they had in the past. On the other side, holy cow, I love their love in the present time (and their relationship pre memories too) they are just the sweetest, I couldn't help but giggle every time. I completely love it!
