Rory and Max built a friendship that may lead to more after meeting him while with her sister, but Max left something out.. he has a twin and guess what it isn't Max she kisses when she first arrives oops! I liked how things between Max, Rory and Maddox are interwoven together as we have how Max and Mad's relationship has been strained for some time due to you guessed it a girl, then there are the feelings Mad and Rory feel for each other and don't know what to do with and Rory wanting Max to be ok with her as well as heal his relationship with Mad. On top of all of the Rory has a huge amount of cash just appear into her account but doesn't know where it came from, her mum appears to be on a downward spiral after Rorys stepdad leaves again and she is waiting to hear if she gets an interview for her dream job just like Max needs to work out what will happen with his career. So yeah loads going on that has you turning the page to see what happens next and know there is more going on and being unsure how things will pan out for well everything so make sure you get comfy and have your snacks within reach as you aren't putting this down until you have all the answers!!! FYI the helicopter drop that Max does towards the end is swoon worthy for a damsel in distress!!
