Overall I enjoyed this book. Its really long so get ready to invest time into these characters. There were a few situations that were a little much (check triggers/content warnings)... it is really dark, but a good mafia RH romance.

I hate abandoning books but this was just not it. Characters were weird, next to zero plot, cliche writing, too many POVs, the sex scenes weren’t good they were violent and rapey…I know it’s RH but girl just pick one

I simultaneously hated myself for reading this book and still finished all 600+ pages. I don’t know what that says about me but whatever it is it’s bad.
The writing was crappy, the plot nonexistent, the characters unbelievable, the sex scenes disturbing (but the most well written parts of the book-the only reason it’s a 2 star book instead of a DNF), but for some fucked up reason I still read it.
I feel worse about myself for having done it but it’s too late now.
