Recs if you like Shroom for Improvement...
Sentient Architecture
"Place as character" is usually reserved for lush descriptions that bring environments to life, and less often used for environments that have a life of their own. This list includes houses, homes, castles, spaceships, anywhere people will spend time and call home. Not meant to include haunted houses, but a case could be argued for specific ones. c:
Only including the first in a series unless books feature different sentient places.
Let's Go To Monster (Pound) Town!
Pack your bags (and prophylactics) for a titillating trip to a Monster Townโข๏ธ near you! These romance and erotica reads feature sprawling space colonies, cozy villages, and charming towns where humans, monsters, aliens, and other paranormal creatures coexist.
Recs include full interconnected series (my cap here is 3 books per series) as well as juicy standalones.
Spice levels vary, but majority of recs range from explicit open door to erotic filth. Open to recs!

I have suffered so you donโt have to
Iโve read a lot of not great KU titles. Here are ones worth reading.
LGBTQIA titles
Black Cat x Golden Retriever
Who doesn't love to watch a good grumpy character fall for their sunshine.
LGBTQ+
For the girls, gays, and theys.
Fantasy/Supernatural/Mythical
It's a mish mash of the above name, all things not of this world, which brings me much sadness.
