Rain, Luke, Chase, and Rex were best friends and becoming more while they were growing up, but when Rain is threatened and runs out of town, all of their plans and lives are changed. Ten years later, Rain’s father dies and she returns home. I enjoyed seeing her find herself and reconnect with the guys and her friends. I liked also seeing the guys work through how Rain’s disappearance affected their relationships with each other. I do feel like the ending was a little rushed, but overall I really enjoyed this story.RR is becoming and auto-read for me.
