From USA Today & Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author Giana Darling comes a dark MC romance about a broken enforcer and the beautiful, innocent woman who shows him that light can exist even in the dark... A killer. A criminal. A psychopath. The Irish enforcer for The Fallen Men MC is everything good girls are taught to stay away from. Only, I found myself inexorably drawn into his dark gravitational pull. I wanted to know what it would be like to walk beside the human personification of Death and hold his hand, feel his kiss, and maybe even earn his undying love. But Priest McKenna is older, cold as ice, and notoriously unfeeling. So what are the odds that a dead man walking would come to life for little, insignificant me? When a serial killer begins to target the women of Entrance, BC, and The Fallen suffers another terrible blow, Priest resolves to hunt down the killer himself. And when the murderer sets his eyes on me? My very own psychopath steps between me and certain death, thrusting us into an intimacy I prayed we would never recover from. *A standalone book in The Fallen Men Series.*

"I gotta theory about you good girls 'cause I got experience with one'a my own. A good woman sees the good in all kinds. She'll search the depths of a body until she finds some glimmer of light no matter how dark and broken a soul may be. It's just in her nature...Just as it's in the nature of a broken man to race toward her light. You ask me, there's a special kinda yin and yang in that. Two hearts find'a love like that it's fuckin' bindin'."
Words spoken by my number one man to our sunshine girl about my number two man. Don't mind me I'll just be here crying until the next installment in this series coming out. I guess 2021 will be the year I re-read this series cause omg, I'm not ready to say goodbye to them for that long.
I'm not going into detail talking about the plot of this particular book because there's just too much history to go through but ugh Priest and Bea definitely stepped in front of Lila and Nova to claim the second spot as my favorites. They tried to push out Zeus and Lou but my heart still lives for Zeus' and his brand of love. I'm not usually one for alpha male stories but there's just a softness about this damn alpha males that I'm accepting of all of Giana's characters - she's got me hooked and one of these days I'll start those other series she has.
