To Whom It May Concern,

Are you ever stuck wishing your 9 to 5 was more exciting? Live vicariously through these stories without risk of getting a call from HR. It’s taboo and against the rules but it’s fiction, so enjoy all you want! Let’s set up a meeting with your next read and hopefully take it offline afterwards ❤️‍🔥

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards,

Your local spicy romance connoisseur💋

Fueled by arguments, eye-rolls, and "I can't stand you" energy. You know how this ends...

Tongue in cheek list inspired by the book titled above, here is a list of all the romance books I have read with my IRL book club!

Having a space that embraces the love story and all tropes/themes/sub genres has been so wonderful and is what got me back into my reading journey, so I hope this does that for you!
Books range from YA to 4️⃣🌶️

This is a judgement free zone and some of these books weren't my personal fave but they could be yours 🤗

finding love in a big city can be just as fun as finding love in a small town! I love small town romances, but as a girl from a big city, I want to give big city romances their time to shine ✨

here’s a list of books where our main characters live in a big city and fall in love there. cities can be real (London, Paris, New York, LA, Tokyo, etc.) or fictional (Minas Tirith, King’s Landing, Gotham, Bon Temps, etc.)!

as always, taking suggestions!!

Have you ever noticed how many books there are with characters named after things you can spot on a hike? Well, here’s a list for you!

Books where at least one MC is named after something you can find on a hike (e.g. Wren, Dahlia, Wolf). Names in books are listed in the comments! I’m excusing the random extra letters or alternate spellings for these lol

please add any suggestions!!!

kind of struggling with books where the MC's instantly get together or hook up, so here are some book recs where the couple waits until at least 50% of the book to get together

Romance books featuring musicians and music!

Romance books set in the Big Apple

Someone in this relationship is famous for something.

i'm tired of nonchalant, cold MMC with the FMC embarrassing themselves for their attention. so here's some that goes the opposite way; obsessed MMC that are almost pathetic with it, and FMC who's unbothered of it all (of course she reciprocate but ykwim)

Books centred around the idea of being a musician and or have music very central to the plot

set in nyc/new york

For those who enjoy the search for cameos of previous and future book boyfriends

Books that started off as reylo fanficition.
