A slow-going murder mystery, preoccupied with dead-ends in the case, character relationships and the character arc of its main character Sebastian Bergman, but it's too scattered for my tastes. The character relationships are all mean and petty, you never come close to Bergman, and while I did end up enjoying the solution of the murder mystery, I found most of the time spent with these characters and this story to be frustrating and tedious. Maybe the following novels are better.
