0I absolutely loved finally learning of how Layla and Pierce got together and how they came to not stand each other when we first met them. Both have many layers to them and your heart breaks for Layla's past as well as how Pierce's upbringing basically ruined him for love. There are plenty of highs and lows and I really liked how the book started way back and then through having to go to back to Baker’s Creek up to the now, so get ready for tears, laughter, anger, hope as not only couples come together but also a fractured family is slowly repaired.
