hopecore nonfiction for when you are grieving π«
This list is made possible by all the π«πβers who came through for me during a terrible breakup. I asked the club for joyful nonfiction recs because fiction is too emotionally fraught for what Iβm going through.
I hope these books can bring you some hope, relief, or perspective. Together, we can get through this π

A Journey Through the Self
A compilation of books (mostly fiction) in which the main character/s set out on a journey, leading to moments of meditation, introspection, meandering walks through the memory, conflicts with both the self, the path, and others, and ultimately: change, for both the characters and the reader. In these novels, the journey is more important than the destination.
