although i am not jewish myself, i believe thoroughly that zionism is not a requirement for judaism and therefore it must be accepted to proudly support jewish voices against the genocide. here are some books by anti-zionist authors to support this jewish american heritage month and beyond!

Fiction & nonfiction books that explore the complexities and traumas of mother-child relationships or in which such relationships play a central role. While many books on this list are what I’d classify as including “mommy issues” there are others that are more about the different perspectives and nuances of the mother-child (often specifically mother-daughter) relationship. Some books center the child, some the mother, some both.

This week is Jewish Book Week! To celebrate, we compiled a list of our favorite books with queer Jewish characters. Also includes queer books by Jewish authors that don't necessarily include obvious Jewish representation. (This list is presented by Duck Prints Press, the indie publisher focused on publishing queer art and stories by queer creators! A group of us collaborate to make these recommendations.)

As a sapphic kind-of-Jew, I'm always looking for this specific rep! I'm very open to suggestions to add to this list :)
