Recs if you like The Living and the Rest...

Enjoy my newest lit series, ‘Reading the World’, in an attempt to diversify your own reading and broaden horizons, I have included a mix of genres. Sensitive topics often lie ahead as history, social and political issues are usually the centre of this writing. Enjoy!

Book of various genres, but due to the topic I guess they'll be mostly horrors and thrillers, where the main characters go on an innocent writer's retreat and it doesn't end up as expected. DISCLAIMER: I haven't read all books on this list, but I'm really eager to do so. If you have any correction about a book which doesn't really contain a writer's retreat or suggestions of more books that do, please comment it. The list will be updated whenever I find something or something is suggested.
